Our Guarantee


At Advantice Health, LLC (“Advantice Health”), we stand behind our products and quality controls.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with an Advantice Health product (the “Product(s)”) you purchased from Advantice Health or one of our authorized sellers in the United States, you may request a refund or replacement Product.  Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our Products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Advantice Health, LLC 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is not available for Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites.  The Guarantee is also limited to the original, end-user purchaser.

How To Claim The Guarantee

To submit a Guarantee request, please contact our customer service representatives at 1-800-345-0032 and have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product or click here to complete the form. You will then need to submit a photo of your Product and/or its packaging, a proof of purchase. I your request is approved; our customer service representative will contact you with a Guarantee approval confirmation number and instructions regarding next steps. You must submit your Guarantee request within sixty (60) days of the date of original purchase.

Guarantee Guidelines

Advantice Health reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, require the customer to return the Product to Advantice Health at the customer’s cost, and to deny Guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if the purchaser has abused the Advantice Health, LLC 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
